SAMSUNG - No Notifications - App Power Save

Please disable the "Power Saving" for COL Reminder.

Go to "Battery" and tap on "DETAIL" at the bottom of "App power saving":

Now scroll to "COL Reminder" and tap on it:

Now you see the options and select "Disabled":
