If you have a Sony with the "Starmania" mode and you will get no notifications from COL Reminder if the phone is off, please add the app to the whitelist.
Go to "Settings", "STAMINA mode" and click on "Add applications", select "COL Reminder"!

Battery STAMINA Mode is currently available on Xperia Z, Xperia ZL, Xperia Tablet Z, Xperia SP and Xperia L.
